Photos from: Work Starts on 4-Acre Waterfront Parking Lot




Contractors started hauling fill to Portage Cove Thursday, building a containment dike, the first stage of creating a nearly four-acre parking lot for the boat harbor expansion project. Dredged fill from the harbor floor will be used to create the gravel parking pad.
