1972: WORK IS PROGRESSING on I.B. Howser's new building on Main Street, across from the present Howser's and Hyatt building. With the winter fast approaching, Howser says this is about "it" until next spring, when work will resume again. There are still people keeping busy finishing up the street-level slab and block work.
