Alissa Koverdan sprays a dollop of whipped cream on son Arik Koverdan’s pumpkin pie. This year, Head Start broke from its traditional turkey feast and prepared a harvest stew with vegetables brought by students. The luncheon was held Wednesday, Nov. 21 at the Head Start building.
