Residents including members of the Uglys of Haines turned out last week to spruce up the playground at Tlingit Park. Filling up the playground's sandbox, from left, are Chuck Mitman, Kelly Jessup, Tim Banks and Dan Hanson. A party for the playground's 10th birthday will be held there starting 1 p.m. Sunday.
