Canadian urban folk group David Myles Trio is coming to the Chilkat center at 7 p.m. Oct. 27. the show is presented by the haines Arts Council. Arts Council president Tom Heywood said he saw the group perform at the Arts Northwest showcase in Boise, Idaho, and was taken with Myles' "wonderful storytelling." "It's an acoustic trio, but with a kind of an urban edge to it," Heywood said.
