Paul Nicastro puts a coat of ice on the fairgrounds' rink Monday. Volunteers started putting down ice there Saturday and Nicastro's was about the 15th coating. Skaters started using the rink Tuesday. Warmer temperatures and snow are forecast for late this week and weekend.
