Another five years have passed since we last visited Haines and again we were welcomed as old friends. Several of our old friends were not there to greet us but we met a lot of, hopefully, new friends. Our sentiments still remain: Whoever said you couldn’t go home again has never been to Haines, Alaska. If you don’t feel welcome or want to go back, you have said or done something wrong. Please, Haines, don’t ever change.
