An autopsy by the state medical examiner has attributed the death of a Washington state woman here in September to an enlarged heart.

Michelle Paul, 48, of Wenatchee, Wash., died Sept. 12 on Comstock Road. Police said no foul play was involved in the death and that the medical examiner’s toxicity reports were negative. Paul was in town for the funeral of her father, Ed Lapeyri, when she died.
