The REACH Infant Learning Program and SEARHC clinics in Haines and Klukwan are offering developmental and health screenings for children from newborn to age 5.

Screenings include language, vision, motor skills, social and emotional skills, beginning thinking, hearing, and height and weight.

Health professionals participating in the clinics will be REACH speech therapist Julie Peters, REACH developmental specialist Diane Sly, registered nurse Lisa Schwartz and family nurse practitioner Michele Susie.

Screenings in Haines will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 30 at the SEARHC clinic. The Klukwan screening will be the same hours on May 31 at the village SEARHC clinic.
