As Thanksgiving season approaches, the sisters of the Alaska Native Sisterhood Camp 5 of Haines would like to express our gratitude to Howsers IGA, Mountain Market and Olerud’s Market Center for their continued support of the Haines food bank. The number of people seeking help continues to grow while the supply of food is uncertain. Several months there have not been any government commodities and many times when there are commodities they are minimal. The food bank could not run without your support and generosity.
