Something to consider for a far better and improved Haines Borough:

1) Delete the lobbyist in Washington, D.C., saving many dollars. 2) Replace the Haines Borough manager with the Mayor, saving many dollars. 3) Delete the added tax to vehicle registration. 4) Make the borough assembly advisory only and have all borough issues settled by citizens via computer voting at borough computer terminals or private computers.
