Keith Brooks works at the Soboleff-McRae Veterans Village building this week. Most of the project crew is "on call," waiting for arrival of materials, including flooring, said Kendall Klein, a supervisor for Dawson Construction. A total of five workers should be back on the job in March, Klein said.
