Skyline Estates resident John Nowak holds chunks of glass he says are overflowing onto his property from fill dumped by neighbor Paul Nelson. Nowak said he also has an issue with the bridge-like "parking approach" Nelson built there, pictured at right. He compared it to an interstate highway off-ramp.
