Lutak Dock Cells Exposed

The giant "coffee cans" that comprise the face of the Lutak Dock are exposed by recent work on the Department of Transportation's ferry dock. The state is removing all of the cells that make up its portion of the dock as well as several cells on the Haines Borough-owned section of the dock. The former bulkhead will be replaced with an embankment and catwalk system.
