Members of the philanthropic Rasmuson Foundation meet with members of the Alaska Arts Confluence during the recent dedication of Gene Kennedy's "Rusty and his Cart." The foundation this week donated $750,000 to Klukwan's Jilkaat Kwaan Heritage Center.
