The Hammer Museum would like to thank the Chilkat Valley Community Foundation for its help in making the blacksmithing workshop a great success. Instructor Jedediah Blum-Evitts taught three sessions of blacksmithing basics. We had all ages of Haines residents come participate. Spectators hung around all day to watch and learn a few lessons as well. We are proud to continue the tradition of blacksmithing in Haines and look forward to holding these workshops in the future.
