A caller reported a rockslide on Lutak Road. The state Department of Transportation was advised.
An officer cleared the roadway on Main Street of debris.
Police received a report of a lost iPhone.
Wednesday, April 18
A Union Street caller reported receiving harassing telephone calls.
A report of a possible fire on Front Street was determined to be a controlled burn.
Police conducted a welfare check on a resident of Third Avenue.
A caller reported hearing a loud noise in an abandoned building on Totem Street. Police investigated and did not find anyone.
Thursday, April 19
A caller reported five deceased dogs at 4 Mile Haines Highway. Alaska State Troopers were advised. The remains were determined to be wildlife that was legally trapped.
Police conducted a welfare check on an overdue driver on Lutak Road. The driver was located.
Friday, April 20
A caller reported lost keys on Main Street.
A caller reported someone tampering with their property on Young Road.
Saturday, April 21
An officer made contact with two people at Jones Point.
A caller requested documentation of a civil incident on Haines Highway.
A caller reported several juveniles leaving in vehicles from Carrs Cove. Police were unable to locate them.
Sunday, April 22
A caller reported a rock slide at 2 Mile Lutak Road. DOT was advised.
Police responded to an attempted suicide on Main Street.
A Deishu Drive caller reported a personal and false accusation.
A caller reported an abandoned vehicle on private property on Porcupine Road.
A caller reported unusual vehicle traffic on Helms Loop Road.
Monday, April 23
A caller reported an elderly person received a fraudulent telephone call.
Police began an investigation into a report of a hit and run on First Avenue.
A caller reported a possible violation of a protective order. Police determined the report was unfounded.
There were four 911 calls, three canine calls, 14 EMS calls and 16 vehicle stops.
