Thank you so much to our amazing volunteers for helping Haines Friends of Recycling reduce waste, compost, and recycle in the Chilkat Valley with our June activities that included:  Fish net recycling June 1, Electronic recycling June 7 and 8, Fishermen’s BarBQ June 15, and Post bike-race cleanup of Tlingit Park and Parade Grounds June 16.   What an amazing team we have!

And July is next. We can use some volunteer help with the recycling/composting at the July 4 picnic at Tlingit Park.  And, of course, we need lots of help for the Fair.  Please contact us at 766-2185 or aronson@aptalaska.net to volunteer.Thank you all so very much!
