I am not the neighbor Ms. Chetney refers to in her inappropriate and nasty letter. I offer another point of view. This isn’t the first time someone has moved into this neighborhood and not researched borough code regarding what is allowed in a rural residential zone. The borough doesn’t police these activities and it is up to neighbors to report code violations. Repeatedly, the Chetneys would not follow code and would find ways to manipulate code. These activities were reported to the Borough. Each time the Planning Commission would manipulate the code to accommodate the Chetneys.

I thank my neighbors for their diligence in upholding borough code.
