Fair exhibit deadlines coming soon
July 22, 2021
If you’re planning to exhibit your homemade quilt or leaf lettuce at the fair, time is running short.
Exhibits can be submitted in 20 categories, ranging from woodworking and preserved foods to Native-style arts and crops and vegetables.
The deadline for submitting non-perishable fair exhibits for judging is 5 p.m. Saturday, July 24. For crops, flowers, baked goods and other perishables, the deadline is 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 28.
There’s a two-day window to submit non-perishables, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, July 23, and on Saturday, July 24. To submit an exhibit, bring it by Harriet Hall at the fairgrounds, where volunteers are available to help with paperwork.
Perishable exhibits of flowers, crops and vegetables will be accepted on two days: on Tuesday, July 27 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 28 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Baked goods exhibits will be accepted on one day only, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28.
To save time, exhibitors can register their entries online before dropping them off at the fair.
