Young people are ruining everything

TweetIt never ceases to amaze me that people who have been alive for less time than the Simpsons have been on television can be responsible for so much societal and economic woe. It seems like it just all went downhill with the fidget spinners and EyePhones and avocado toast. If young people just got jobs—no, not that job. Not that one either. That one. That’s called an internship—that means it’s got benefits.
If young people weren’t spending all their money on lattes and phone apps, they could afford to become homeowners.
Now the price of avocado toast is sky high and young addicts will do anything for a slice. The millennials are ruining marriage by not getting enough marriage. They’re even ruining music by making new music instead of old music. If young people had any sense at all they would’ve been born before the oil boom. They just need to hurry up and get older.
