A huge heart-filled thanks goes out to Greg Podsiki.  Greg is retiring from the Post Office on Friday, April 29.  For 31 years and one day Greg has gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide faithful steadfast service to our community.  The Haines Post Office is the only one I know that has continuous displays of local kids art and seasonal decorations making it not just a daily chore but a fun place to visit.  This is in a large part due to the extra efforts of Greg.  Our Post Office is special because of the friendly tone and caring attitude of Greg and his co-workers.  They have a difficult job, especially during societal upheavals like the recent pandemic.  When you see Greg at the Post Office make sure you take the time to say THANKS BIG FELLA!
