To our Hospice of Haines friends, pie bakers, cake makers and fair booth supporters:

It is out of an abundance of caution that we have regretfully decided not to open the hospice dessert booth this year. It was a difficult decision for us, but one we felt was necessary to make at this time for the well being of our volunteers and clients.

Of course the fair will go on and be wonderful. Our booth will be back next year.

We are planning to have an online dessert auction this fall where all your sweet dreams can come true. (Well, at least the ones that involve blueberry pies and North Douglas chocolate cakes.) And as always, donations are accepted through our website or at P.O. Box 1034.
