Yard waste, what we do with it. The Borough owns a lot on Mud Bay Rd. where we, the taxpayers, can pay to dump yard waste. How nice, a lot for yard waste we pay to use. Hmmm.

How about the Borough not charge for its use thus encouraging us to use the lot to dump yard waste and not burn it? That way the laundry we hang out to dry smells fresh and clean and not like someone’s campfire. Good for the earth and good for our lungs.
