Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love and support. Haines is a great place to live, and I’ve been blessed to serve its community. Being named the Chief of Police has been an honor of a lifetime. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experiences and lifelong friendships I have made here in Haines. Thank you to all my colleagues and team members for your hard work and your patience with me. I would also like to thank the families of our officers and dispatchers, I sincerely apologize for all the time your loved ones spend away in the service of this magnificent community.
